Based in Rayleigh we cover the whole of Essex although our services are concentrated between Southend-on-Sea along the A13 corridor to as far as Grays north to Chelmsford and anywhere in between.
We offer four different systems for cleaning your carpet and upholstery but favour hot water extraction (HWE) whenever possible this offers a deep down clean carried out by a truck-mounted machine which stays outside our clients property on our van and is powered by a petrol engine to offer a very thorough clean with fast drying times.
All our work is guaranteed if our clients are not entirely happy we will come back and clean it again if you are still not happy we will return your money no quibble no small-print although this has never happened yet. All the carpet and upholstery cleaning is carried out by me Jim Leech no untrained staff just doing carpet cleaning between jobs or window cleaners who fancy making an extra few pounds practising cleaning carpets on your expensive carpets and upholstery I guarantee that i will give you the most thorough carpet or upholstery cleaning that you have ever seen or it is FREE.

Leech's cleaning machine is a truck mount, and as the name suggests, is actually bolted onto our van and runs on enviromentally friendly LPG. It is very powerful and carpets dry in hours, not days, which can be the case if an electric machine (portable) is used.
